Even if you've already been in touch with Loic, it'd be a good idea to email me as well to confirm you are on the list. If you could, let me know (a) the exact nights you need the hotel room for and (b) whether you prefer to be in a room with a total of 3 or 2 people.
Depending on the total, I cannot assure that everyone will get to be in rooms with three total, because the final number might not be divisible by three.
