poker-eval.pc IS where it is "supposed" to be, in usr/local/lib/pkgconfig,
but ./configure pypoker-eval still throws the "No package 'poker-eval'
found" error. I don't know why it doesn't see the .pc file in pkgconfig.
As I said before, running ./configure, make, make install on poker-eval
works fine. Confirmed that the poker-eval libraries were installed to
usr/local/lib. Could this be a folder permissions thing?
Instead, could I avoid installing pypoker-eval altogether? (By install, I
mean the whole ./configure, make, make install thing). I do have poker-eval
installed, but when I run the pypoker-eval script test.py, the following
error is thrown:
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "test.py", line 34, in <module>
from pokereval import PokerEval
File "./pokereval.py", line 29, in <module>
_pokereval = __import__('_pokereval_' + sys.version[0] + '_' +
sys.version[2])
ImportError: No module named _pokereval_2_5
If there's a workaround without installing pypoker-eval, that would be
great.
