After discussing with Saq, we agreed to make a new table layout with the
following changes:

1/ chips images, with label below
2/ seat smaller, action below the money
3/ small hole cards faceback to show which player is in the hand, and
big hole cards for selfplayer and showdown next or on top of the avatar
4/ sidepot attribution instead of player money or bet

I implemented 1/ this afternoon:
