All this talk of quotas and throttling has me finding myself in with a similar issue with size quotas.
I had the default sizes in place from the distributed sample conf file (10MB limits). maillog.3:Mar 16 12:17:22 mailgw policyd: rcpt=2460, throttle=abuse(f), host=205.188.144.207, [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED], size=18590064/10240000, quota=26722/250000000, count=1/512(1), rcpt=1/3600(1), threshold=0%|0%|0% I had a user's mail rejected.(13mb file) I noticed it (he called me and asked if I received it). I started looking, I then bumped the quotas up to 25MB and restarted policyd. He sent again, it was still blocked. maillog.3:Mar 16 16:36:29 mailgw policyd: rcpt=110, throttle=abuse(f), host=64.12.137.5, [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED], size=18588617/10240000, quota=2377002/250000000, count=1/512(3), rcpt=1/3600(3), threshold=0%|0%|0% I added the sender in the whitelist_sender table for now, but this is pretty perplexing to me. I have: SENDERMSGSIZE=25000000 And have restarted policyd and postfix. Any help appreciated. /Angelo ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Take Surveys. Earn Cash.
