Well... throw another shrimp on the barbie, and join in the fun. If you have three pointing to one SQL instance, you've got a good setup. The improvement you might make is to run dual-master for sync'ing them. In your current setup, If one goes down, no big deal, but if the one hosting the MySQL instance goes down, everyone else runs in fail-safe mode. If you have two instances, you at least have some redundancy.
