FreshPorts has just released a version 1.81(!) of policyd. Someone submitted a patch that adds a new spamtrap feature that the port maintainer decided to take. I'm unclear as to the motivation, but I do know two things: 1. The patch broke my site badly. policyd loops on incoming messages 10-20 times, then winds up adding the sending mailer to my blacklist. Not good. 2. I believe that FreshPorts should have named their release 1.80_1. Seems like 1.81 is going to conflict with cami's next version.
I've written to the port maintainer about this. Dunno whether I will get any action or not.
