The documentation for the OPTINOUTALL option in the sample
policyd.confwasn't immediately obvious to me on how to use it.
Perhaps change it from saying:
1=on 0=off
to
1=opt everyone in
0=opt everyout out
Actually, I have not used this option yet but while I was examining the
policyd.conf I came across this setting that I thought of using for having
everyone opted-out by default and individually opting-in specific users that
wanted greylisting.
