# grep endpoint /var/log/mail.log |less

is not connected
Aug 13 16:36:41 secondary postfix-policyd: shutdown(18): Transport endpoint
is not connected
Aug 13 16:36:41 secondary postfix-policyd: shutdown(21): Transport endpoint
is not connected
Do you get many of those ?
I see the same stale mysql connections phenomena, not as many though - only
4-6.
