Tobias:

* the throttle_rcpt table seems ok; I see several entries.
* I've done a test with smtp-source tool and now I know that policyd
throttling limit are working fine:

[EMAIL PROTECTED] ~]# smtp-source -d -m 1100 -t [EMAIL PROTECTED] -v
localhost:25

And just after 1000 sended messsages (the throttling limit I've
establish by policyd) I get:

smtp-source: fatal: recipient rejected: 450 4.7.1
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>: Recipient address rejected: Policy
Rejection- Quota Exceeded.

I open the [EMAIL PROTECTED] account mailbox and I see exactly
1000 messages from [EMAIL PROTECTED] so, the conclusion is clear:
it works fine.

Cool.
