About requirements - time spending on locks and entire mysql is 
significant on high loads. There are problems with cleaning up tables, 
I  just truncate them when needed.
With memcache I could avoid these problems.

So if nobody needs that, we will try to patch the source by ourself in 
some future, so throttle and triplet could be  located in memcache.
