I'm just defining new OIDs in our enterprise mib.. So my policyd.mib
is simply:

        .1.3.6.1.4.1.14048.99.25        = Policyd-monitoring
        .1.3.6.1.4.1.14048.99.25.1 new
        .1.3.6.1.4.1.14048.99.25.2 bypass
        .1.3.6.1.4.1.14048.99.25.3 whitelist
        .1.3.6.1.4.1.14048.99.25.4 abuse
        .1.3.6.1.4.1.14048.99.25.5 awl
        .1.3.6.1.4.1.14048.99.25.6 whitelisted by dns
        .1.3.6.1.4.1.14048.99.25.7 greylist=update
        .1.3.6.1.4.1.14048.99.25.8 throttle=New(a)
        .1.3.6.1.4.1.14048.99.25.9 throttle=New(w)
        .1.3.6.1.4.1.14048.99.25.10 throttle=Update(a)
        .1.3.6.1.4.1.14048.99.25.11 throttle=Update(w)
        .1.3.6.1.4.1.14048.99.25.12 throttle=Clear(a)
        .1.3.6.1.4.1.14048.99.25.13 throttle=Clear(w)
        .1.3.6.1.4.1.14048.99.25.14 blacklist=block
        .1.3.6.1.4.1.14048.99.25.15 throttle=blacklisted(f)
        .1.3.6.1.4.1.14048.99.25.16 throttle=update(p)
        .1.3.6.1.4.1.14048.99.25.17 throttle=abuse(f)

all returning an integer telling how many of each
for the last 5 minutes.
