Policyd load shouldn't go up at all. If you are having a lot of timeouts, msyql threads would go up since the queries continue to run. This could drive up the load on the database server, which could exacerbate the problem. It still seems like policyd should go into bypass mode which would allow mysql to recover. > Which test program? I sent it to the list on Mar 10.
