    Altough it's not possible to do that in policyd, let's not forget 
it's completely trivial to block a subnet with free netmasks in postfix 
using CIDR tables. If the idea is blacklist, then it's can be done right 
in postfix. The earlier you blacklist, less resources are spent with 
those blacklisted connections.
