Is his MTA misconfigured or is policyd-weight making a mistake here?
I see he uses messagelabs but is that what is causing this problem?

The way your MTA/etc is setup it sets off a ton of alerts that classify it as

Maybe you can setup reverse/DNS fix your MTA?
