Yes, I have.  It's a language that's great for writing quick hacks
(much better than Perl).  Unfortunately, a lot of people write a few
quick hacks in Python, which brings them to believe that they are
oh-so-brilliant that they can write a server to be deployed on the
public Internet without ever reading an RFC.

But the carelessness of the Python crowd doesn't even start to compete
with the sheer incompetence of PHP programmers.
