Hi,
on Ubuntu feisty->hardy there is a problem. If polipo is started as a service 
before a network connection has been established it will automatically start 
with the param proxyOFFLINE=true. This is a problem because if the network 
connection establishes a few seconds after polipo one has to restart polipo. 
This happens on my system with every single boot.

So is there a way to force polipo to never do this? I explicitly declared 
proxyOFFLINE=false in the config-file but this seems to be ignored...
