For each client connection, Polipo maintains a list of requests queued by
that client in the field connection->request. In httpClientNoticeRequest,
it says
int serveNow = (request == connection->request);
and the data is only served if serveNow is true. If not, it will be kept
in the in-memory cache until the request reaches the head of the queue.
