Yep, there's a lot of places where Polipo is limited to 2 GB.

It won't help -- I run a 64-bit version of Polipo under Linux, and it's
still limited to 2GB of chunk memory.  The config parser cannot parse
anything that's not a signed 32-bit integer.

Easy to fix, but I really don't have any time for Polipo right now.
