The Ethnocentrism

Ethnocentrism index: the percentage of one's posts that are preoccupied
with one's ethnic issues, interests, needs, conflicts, grievances and
enemies.
Militant ethnocentrists tend to strongly polarize the entire world -- all
ethnic outsiders -- against themselves.
Militant ethnocentrists are trapped in an infinite negative feedback loop
with the rest of the world: the more they complain about their ethnic enemies,
the more ethnic enemies they make.

After flagging posts for ethnocentrism, all of the above data can easily be
summarized and viewed as graphs or tag clouds.
The entire Usenet and all Internet discussion forums as a whole can be
treated as a database for the analysis of ethnocentrism in American and world
politics.
The person who jumps the highest when ethnocentrism is criticized is
usually the maximal ethnocentrist.
Obsessive ethnocentrism is arguably one of the world's most dangerous
mental diseases.
The ethnic group with the worst case of ethnocentrism obsessive-compulsive
disorder will usually be the political group that is most in violent
conflict with the rest of the world. Ethnocentrism -- particularly
messianic ethnocentrism -- breeds endless ugly ethnic holy wars.
