I've got to clue you in on what's possible with Amazon's Product Wikis!
For those of you who are already have a 9/11 Web Site: This is for you. You can add / maintain links from Amazon to your web site.
For those of you looking for ways to review and organize 9/11 Research, This is for you . You can add / maintain reference (urls, etc.) to issues you want to share with others.
Yes, I know Paul Thompson already has a 9/11 Timeline, etc., etc.
Yes, there are limitations, and there may be pitfalls that public wiki's imply. However, check out my example of what I've been able to do around Webster Tarpley's 9/11 book:
The Amazon Book Site (for 9/11 Synthetic) is here: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0930852311/qid=11e 43693273/sr=2-1/ref=pd_bbs_b_2_1/103-8327436-7108662?s=books&v=glance&n=283155
You can find the wiki portion related to the book by scrolling past the reviews, about 3/4 of the page down.
The wiki (for this book) root is here:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/wiki/wiki-definition/ref=cm_wkid_term_def?type=wiki_def&label=9%2F11+Synthetic+Terror%3A+Made+in+USA+%28Paperback%29&%5Fencoding=UTF8
This is an important shortcut to the wiki.
I've got an wiki index which is here:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/wiki/wiki-definition/ref=cm_wkid_term_def?type=wiki_def&label=Index+to+This+Wiki&%5Fencoding=UTF8
The index has to be maintained manually, but it is still something that can be useful.
Here's an example of the entry on Cheney:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/wiki/wiki-definition/ref=cm_wkitd_term_def?type=wiki_def&label=Cheney%2C+Richard&%5Fencoding=UTF8
What I've started is extremely rudimentary. It may not be the "right" organization. As one adds "pages" it's easy to exceed the page limit (seems lik 300 or 400 characters). In this case, one has to break down the content and create "sub pages". Of course a wiki is "many to many" linking, but I'm trying to have a hierarchical org. for maintenance purposes.
Have a look when you can.
