No, Germany was simply not letting any extended family members leave
to come to the US and then conveniently murdering them.

And it took a Republican (Nixon) to get the US out, but only after

people had had enough.

And it's taken 6 years for Bush to make exactly zero progress in
finding Bin Laden.
