Thank you Frank, for reminding us that the Rosenberg Grand Jury transcripts were released on Thursday, September 11, 2008. I was aware of this important release of declassified information, and had actually forgotten about it!

Although the documents do in fact reflect that the government utilized deceit, and perjury during the trial, there is no doubt, that the Rosenbergs were guilty of high treason, to include Ethel Rosenberg, and their brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Ruth and David Greenglas. Nevertheless, it does prove that our United States Department of Justice, is not always the good guys......This is a far cry from the caption of your thread, which is downright ignorant and fallible. An excerpt from the synopsis: "It is clear that at some point the government strategy took a dramatic turn. Grand jury testimony reveals that there was a great deal of espionage on conventional munitions but none of that came out at trial. Why not? It may be that the government did not want to reveal the extent to which Rosenberg and other Soviet spy rings had managed to penetrate the U.S. defense establishment.
