No kidding. The mouthpieces on the right are trying to say that this
disaster is becasue of global conditions, that the Bush
administration's lack of oversight isn't the cause, yadda yadda yadda.

That simply is not the truth. Experienced economists like Robert
Reich (on the Rachel Maddow show last night) are saying quite clearly
that it was the Bush Jr's administration of zero oversight of
important economic forces in our economy, their allowing and promoting
fraud to occur (both in their own administration and in the economy),
their lack of foresight or even caring about how the profits of their
cronies would harm America's economy, and their inability and
unwillingness to use the power they have to reign in these practices
before they destroyed our economy, that has led to this economic
disaster.

And Sarah Palin is so much like Bush Jr it is frightening.

Read the Wall Street Journal's expose on how Sarah Palin used her
power as governor, very much like Bush Jr uses his, putting government
handouts and croneyism ahead of the best interests of the people.
