There's no need to release a rape victim's name to determine whether she was charged for a rape kit or not. The City of Wasilla and the Police Department searched all available records (statement on the Wasilla website) and there is NO evidence whatsoever that Palin or the city of Wasilla charged a rape victim for a rape kit..NONE.
