Fact, the disparity of wages between Balack and White America is still the same as it was in the 1890's Blacks are disproportionately represented in the prison system. America has the most per capita jailings in the world 1 of every 100 citizens will be jailed. Prison numbers of that dimension are the result of social inequality, the lack of education, opportunity and poverty. America is also the most unequal society on earth, where the richest 1% of the population controls more wealth than the bottom 90%, While the bottom 40% control just 0.2% of total wealth!!!!! (a figure that renders democracy impossible.) These black loafers you speak of, are without doubt are in the bottom 40% of society. Have you ever trid to live on welfare? It's no free ride, it's below poverty wages, no one can live on it. Whatever the crimes of the black-man, they are the result of centuries of mistreatment and government bureacracies.
