It is an American concern when Americans are being killed. --- not necessarily. not when they are dual israeli/us citizens fighting or 'reporting' for israel. not when they are illegally running guns to terrorists. not when they are illegally evangelizing in other countries. not when they are performing mercenary or contracting services in another country.
