I thought this might be a good opportunity to offer some thoughts about not only judicial confirmations, but how to bring about meaningful change in this country.
What about making the US a Democratic nation, that would be a start? At the moment it’s a putrid, vile, corrupted plutocracy run by business bribes to congressmen and funding election campaigns of their favorite crony. The longest standing Republican could not better exemplify the farce of US Democracy. He remained in congress until such a ripe old age, not so much as to serve the interests of the country, but that he could keep serving the interests of his pocket. The reason the first attempt to enact powers to give Paulson discretionary powers on how to distribute $700 billion of STOLEN tax payer’s funds was voted down was because of voter backlash. Congressmen listening to the concerns of the people? Hardly. Congressmen shitting themselves over how much money they would lose in kickbacks if they lost their seats in the elections. And now we find Bankers are using public money to give out bonuses, could they be a viler, more disgusting, venal lot of reprobates? The elections are the biggest joke in history. What a farce, what a disgrace. A low point in the history of civilization; equal to the holocaust in its criminality and use of lies and propaganda. And you are a solicitor!
