Unfit to serve: The shocking truth about Elizabeth Warren

June 29, 2016

*By Kevin Hart, Publisher*

She’s called him a racist… a bully… a money-grubber. You name it.

With the presidential election a little more than four months away,
Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren has become the designated attack dog
for the Democratic Party.

And she’s unloading on GOP nominee Donald Trump with both barrels.

The media is giving Warren a free pass on her own past and positions
because, despite the vice presidential buzz surrounding her, Warren is
still not technically in the race.

And that suits Warren just fine. Because once you strip away her clever
soundbites and nasty personal insults, you have to face an uncomfortable
truth about this darling of the left.

She’s a carnival huckster and a proven phony. She’s distinctly unqualified
to serve the American people.

And while she’s gleefully eviscerated Trump’s credibility, she has very
little of her own.

By now you know the most famous Warren scandal – or, as I like to call it,
the Saga of the Blonde-Haired, Blue-Eyed Squaw.

As an Ivy League professor, she claimed to be Native American and a
minority faculty member (supposedly 1/32 Cherokee, whatever that means).
She still won’t give up the ghost on this nonsense, even though independent
genealogists have been unable to confirm it and, according to a report
from *The
Atlantic,* she doesn’t qualify for membership in the Cherokee Nation.

Most laughably, Warren says she didn’t claim Native American heritage for
any professional gain – even though there’s no other conceivable reason she
would have done it.

Asserting membership in a minority group you don’t belong to is
disgraceful enough (just ask former Spokane, WA NAACP leader Rachel
Dolezal). But as far as hypocrisy goes, this is just the tip of the iceberg
for Warren.

Despite being cheered as a progressive hero, Warren’s entire career is
filled with politically opportune waffling and a distinct lack of a moral
compass.

Here are just a few of the lowlights Warren would prefer you didn’t know
about.

· She was a registered Republican until 1996 (that doesn’t get
talked about much, does it?). Warren claimed she left the party because it
was becoming too cozy with Wall Street. Ironically, she is now backing a
candidate who got rich giving paid speeches to Wall Street execs.

· Warren finds religion when it suits her. She speaks glowingly
about her United Methodist heritage and Christian values to appeal to
middle America. But she enthusiastically supports abortion (including
public funding for it). The United Methodist Church, for the record,
categorically rejects abortion as a means of birth control and preaches the
“sanctity of unborn human life.”

· Warren preaches about the ills of the banking industry and the
importance of financial responsibility. But she spent a good part of her
career training the next generation of bankruptcy lawyers – you know, the
ones who run cable TV ads at 2 a.m.

· Despite her crocodile tears for people who lost their homes
during the real estate market crash, Warren and her family bought and
sold foreclosed houses for big profits.

· Worse still, Warren was extremely critical of Hillary Clinton
when it was politically fashionable. In a 2003 book, Warren bluntly accused
Clinton of putting the interests of fat-cat donors ahead of constituents
while Clinton was serving as senator.

I wish my local diner served waffles like these! And this is just the short
list.

The more you hold Warren’s past and record to the light, the uglier they
become. She’s not some champion of the Average Joe – she’s whatever she
needs to be at any given moment.

That makes her unfit to lead – or to attack anyone else’s integrity.

Elizabeth Warren is not being pushed forward by the Democratic Party
because she is a woman of principle.

She is being pushed forward because she’ll say anything.

And people like that are very useful when something… no matter how
outrageous… needs to be said.
