I don't know if the economic bonus of not making the use or sale of cannibis a crime would be due to sales tax revenues would there be a new crop of revenues as they were called by those early NASCAR drivers to replace the drug enforcement people. the problem lies in the way budget amounts are set,maintained and justified in all levels of government the mindset will not be "if we aren't spending money now on cannibis enforcement let's lower our budget instead would be we can use this money on getting rid of the increased heroine supplies we need an even bigger budget".
