I had a JRT ("Fred Fraley") that wasn't overly intelligent. I had a wall
in the dining room that was a mirror. Every morning Fred Fraley would see
his reflection and charge, running into the mirror. It was like clockwork.
Fred Fraley had a bad habit of eating athletic socks. It certainly wasn't
pretty, but that's not what got him. I came home one afternoon and he was
having trouble breathing, took him to the vet. He had swallowed a pair of
my kids' underwear. $2200 in surgery fees and he didn't make it through.
Almost asked for a refund since he didn't make it.
He had tons and tons of energy. It was like he drank a gallon of coffee
each morning....
