Why would we discuss the minimum Sentence for Perjury?

He wasn't Tried for it, it was just noted in the Case that he did it.

Had they wanted to, they could have gone after him for it, but weren't
the People that would do such a thing Appointed by Clinton in the
first place?

And now you want us to believe that has nothing to do with his not
being Tried for it?
