update)….especially not Somali Muslims
Hiring Muslims means that sooner or later, you will be sued by CAIR
litigation jihadists for not accommodating excessive Muslim religious
demands. Apparently, the swamp dwellers in the the U.S. Equal Employment
Opportunity Commission (EEOC) have found reasonable cause that Cargill
managers violated the Civil Rights Act by refusing to allow Somali Muslim
workers to pray whenever they wanted.
CARGILL Meat Packing Company learned the hard way when 150-200 Somali
Muslims walked off the job for not being allowed to pray in large groups
several times a day during working hours, after which the company fired
The EEOC's determination, reached Aug. 3, could set up a federal
discrimination lawsuit should Cargill fail to seek a settlement agreement
with the 140 fired workers seeking legal action. Of the thousands of
discrimination charges filed with the federal government each year, a small
fraction of them gain the backing

commission. In December 2015, about 150 employees walked off the job at
Cargill's meatpacking facility in Fort Morgan, Colo., after supervisors
told them they would no longer be allowed to pray during working hours.
Cargill Meat Solutions, the Wichita-based subsidiary of agribusiness giant
Cargill Inc., then fired the workers for violating attendance policies.
The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has determined there is
reasonable cause that the civil rights of Somali Muslims were violated when
agri-business giant Cargill refused to allow them to pray at a meatpacking
plant it owns in the western state of Colorado. The finding was reached
almost two years after about 150 workers walked off the job after
supervisors informed them they could no longer pray during lunch breaks and
several other times of the day. Cargill, the largest private company in the
U.S., then fired the workers for violating attendance protocol at the
meatpacking plant in the city of Fort Morgan.
The EEOC, which enforces anti-discrimination federal laws, also determined
last week that the local Teamsters union did not provide fair
representation to the Muslim workers. "The findings of the EEOC against
Teamsters and Cargill reaffirms our strongly held belief that the Somali
workers that were terminated were done so in violation of their federally
protected rights," said Qusair Mohamedbhai, a lawyer with a Denver-based
law firm that is representing the employees.
If you have any Muslims working for you now, FIRE THEM, for poor job
performance, tardiness, bad attitude, anything but a religion-related
issue. Even better, never hire any Muslims at all, especially Somali
Muslims. They are not good workers. You get what you pay for. More reasons
why you should NEVER HIRE A MUSLIM

*EXCELLENT! Cargill not backing down on decision to fire 200 Somali Muslim
employees who demanded excessive time off for prayer during work hours
