There is no viable government left in Somalia. We should send in squadrons of A-10 Warthogs equiped with super high speed gattling guns to strafe the coast of Somalia to ten miles inland and kill every living thing there. Then drop leaflets over the rest of Somalia warning that anyone caught in the area in the future will be killed. Any boat docking in or leaving from Somalia will be sunk. Maybe we should just consider nuking the entire region.
