never mind the obvious damage that the dems welfare programs and public housing have done to poor children. now they have withdrawn funding that allowed poor children in DC the same advantages as the dems children, to go to private schools, and get out of the public schools. under pressure from the teachers union, the dems have condemn these children to a life of drugs, jail, and prostitution.
