Maybe if the Republicans weren't blocking every appointment of
bull shit minutia.

Unlike Bush, Obama has standards that are too high,
Bush who didn't even think serving the nation was something
that required his full attention during his NG or Presidency
that a man who allowed 1000's of Americans to drown during a hurricane
was doing a good job! He did what again before heading FEMA?
