Fritz, The inference is that those pictured in your attachment are, "pathological liars, paranoid, megalomaniacs, schizophrenics, homophobic, sociopaths, demented and delusional", which is clearly prevaricate and untrutful. It demonstrates the hate from those who cannot ram their socialist-elitist agenda down Americans' proverbial throats. Instead, these far left, Anti-American socialist-elitist radicals who are so filled with hate channel their anger into slinging personal barbs and hateful messages such as this to anyone who challenges their Anti-American message.
