OK lets take this track. Pelosi is given a top secret brief that only the Chairmen of one committee are given. It is a brief where no minutes are taken and Pelosi is forbidden to make public because it would be considered treason.
She is told the Bush Administration is going to torture because White House Council says it is legal, and they are keeping her appraised of the situation, but she can not say anything about this EVEN if she disagrees. If she tells the world, she commits treason, and the Bush Apologists scream to have her up for treason. She has no proof, and as Bush first stated when asked THE US DOES NOT TORTURE. Doesn't change the facts, The Bush Administration tortured.
