The scandal is NEITHER side is truely serious over transparent election reform... Both sides see voting laws as just another tactical consideration... Do you know that the margin of victory in the miinesota Senate is less than 40% of the IDENTIFIED dead voting in that election... Yet why isn't THAT a cause of serious reform??? Because it would take away a voter turnout tool used primarily by Democrats...
