Keith, Yes I am referring to Kosovo. Hollywood, I was simply pointing out that when people become partisan, they will look the other way when their guy/gal does something they would otherwise raise hell about. I was using the bombing of Kosovo as a glaring example of how the left for the most part was silent until the bombing was almost over with before a few of them protested. So it is with creating the largest new federal agency in history. Since Bush did it, the Republicans were not concerned about it. If a Democratic president had pushed for it they would have screamed like banshees. I hope that explains it. I rarely answer a particular post but chime in on the thread with my own point of view.
