You are welcome to POINT to the error in the two statements I provided
above. Certainly cannot determine WHAT it is you imagine that I am
having difficulty 'seeing' unless it is the kool-aid delusions you have been
regurgitating.
The US is an Oligarchy ruled by the ever-changing whims of a Majority
of ever-changing Justices ... they make attempts to curtail a Congress
and an Executive that does as it pleases unless and until that Oligarchy
steps in AND even THEN it does not always matter.
The Government is a collection of Pull Peddlers ... Peddling their Pull
in an effort to maintain their Power. They constantly provide advantage
to those THEY believe will aid them in that quest for the continuation of
Power.

man's rights; it holds a legal monopoly on the use of physical
