But the federal government hasn't been able to keep him out of our country.
The city of Seattle, just a few miles south of Everett, has a policy of
protecting illegal immigrants, so it may not be accidental that he is in
this area.
(I suppose, to be fair, that I should add that he is not a /typical/
illegal immigrant, either.)
