Gallup.com <http://www.gallup.com/poll/141512/Congress-Ranks-Last-Confidence-Institutions.aspx> reports: Gallup's 2010 Confidence in Institutions poll finds Congress ranking dead last out of the 16 institutions rated this year. *Eleven percent* of Americans say they have a great deal or quite a lot of confidence in Congress, *down from 17% in 2009 and a percentage point lower than **the previous low for Congress*<http://www.gallup.com/poll/27946/Americans-Confidence-Congress-AllTime-Low.aspx> *, recorded in 2008*. <http://scottystarnes.files.wordpress.com/2010/07/gallup.gif> In control since 2007 and the Pelosi-Reid Congress has the 2 lowest approval rating, which are records? Ouch. This is what happens when you have the most open, most honest and most ethical Congress in history. You get historical record lows. At least they accomplished something besides spending money.
