This part is from some of the comments on the previous column with video
of Morgan Freeman. This strikes me as being a whole lot closer to MLK
than Jesse and Al and NAACP are. MLK wanted a rainbow society where we
all just accepted each other as equals. Jesse and Al and NAACP and Mike
Wallace and Obama don't seem to be buying that one but Morgan Freeman
surely does and more power to him.

Seems appropriate to the discussion. What the Black Man Wants I’m
betting Morgan Freeman has read this.

There’s your problem Makewi. Some thought they were helping to elect
Morgan Freeman. Now they know it was really the guy who played Don
Johnson’s sidekick on Miami Vice, only not as cool or smart or
knowledgeable in the ways of the ladies.

Sounds like Mr Freeman has driven into the cul-de-sac and managed to
find his way out. Good on him. Wonder whether having the name Freeman
made any difference?
