Most People are not aware of Hugos bent toward charity. If you check
you will find that he spent quite a lot of his supposed personal gains
on others.

If you were a Latino from Central or South America and had vision
problems a simple letter from you and cosigned by a doctor would get
you free airfare hotel, food and whatever corrective surgery/treatment
was needed... Four people just from my small town (700 people) in
Costa Rica received this treatment... all are doing well and there
were no strings attached. Do the math and expand just this one
seemingly small thing to 30+ other countries and hundreds of millions
in population.

Lets look at below market prices for heating oil in the Northwest US
sponsored by and delivered by CITGO to low income families. Thanks,
Hugo.

There are many other fine examples of what Hugo paid for... all to
help the less fortunate. All to help the needy, all without strings...
yet these are NEVER reported or even mentioned in the US media
(mainstream or not).

Why ??

His rhetoric... the man was verbose... Gringos did not care to hear
what he had to say so he said it in a way that drew attention.

 Tough shit.
