And Muslims have no claim to Arabic. The word for "God" in Arabic translates the same whether referencing the twisted hateful God from Mohammad's, his nine year old bride Aissha's, and his pedophiliac uncle Abu Talib's interpretation of "God"; the mean old revengeful Jewish "God", or the loving, gentle, caring and giving Christian "God".
I didn't see the school trying to indocrinate any student to Islam; in fact I understood just the opposite. However misguided, the lesson was one of tolerance and understanding. Again, my questions regarding the lesson were two-fold: (A) Why was the Pledge of Allegiance only cited once a week? And, (B) Why was this lesson not being demonstrated in a foreign language class, versus to the whole school community?
