Oklahoma’s Tornadoes Caused by Global Cooling -- 1975 Theory

There is a simple explanation for the tornadoes in Oklahoma: global cooling. That was hot stuff in 1975.
James Hansen, an up-and-coming climate scientist with NASA in 1971, laid the groundwork with his computer model that showed that a new ice age was coming. Hard to believe? Click here. Today, he is the most famous of the global warmers sorry, “climate change” scientists.
As for tornadoes in Oklahoma, the ever-alert Real Science blog posted this clipping.
This year, Oklahoma is having the coolest spring on record. The number of tornadoes is up. Last year, it had the warmest spring. The number of tornadoes was low.
The Democratic Senator from Rhode Island, Senator Whitehouse I am not making this up blames the Republican Party for the tornadoes. The Republicans are deniers regarding man-made global warming, you see.
So are 31,400 Scientists.
As for the fact that there has been no change in atmospheric temperatures since 1998, this proves nothing, we are assured. Nothing.
