Ooops, nice catch thanks. I should have known better because I'm the one who did that change in GLib. Oh well, I've committed this patch http://cgit.freedesktop.org/PolicyKit/commit/?id=15f358ff2d55dde44287ee4a9270c3ac09a194f7 so 0.98 will have the proper dependency.
