After investigation of an issue concerning a bug in support for ConsoleKit in polkit and a hard time creating an actual environment that uses it, it was decided to create a poll to gather data from the users and distro maintainers. I ask all polkit maintainers from all distributions that this message reaches, please vote. It is important for us to know whether this long-unmaintained session tracker is still vital for your system. Also please take it as a chance to stop and reconsider an alternative. Thank you.
