"Kay Scarpetta does both, thank you very much," Frances informed him. "So,
there is no need for me to change occupations. You need to read more dear
heart." Frances looked out the window and thought about what he had just
said. "So, you think it's likely that I haven't been there before? It's
not seedy is it?" Not that she didn't trust Nick, but sometimes men didn't
notice things like that at first.
