Nick was about to go into the house until he heard Derek call out his name.
"Yeah, who?" He asked, watching them walk up to the driveway. At first Nick
couldn't tell who was walking beside Derek but when they got closer he saw
who it was. "No...it cant be..." he said to himself...
<< Derek didn't hesitate at all in calling the younger man. He took Julia's
hand gently and led her towards the house. "Nick," he called out. "I've
got someone here needs to speak with you." As they reach the driveway he
looked over at Frances, "It's nice to see you again Dr. Carlton," he said
suddenly feeling a bit uncomfortable. "Could you excuse Nick for a moment?"
"Sure," Frances said as her eyed moved over to the figure beside him. She
suddenly felt a little weak. Wasn't she? Okay, things were getting a bit
to wierd for her, maybe the woman was a twin or something like that. Yes,
that had to be it.
Derek turned to Zandra, "would you mind entertaining Dr. Carlton?" >>
